Photo, Profile, Post, Message Guidelines

In short: Be kind and respectful.

These guidelines apply to all interactions on the project. This includes among other cases your profile, photos, messages, comments and posts.

To ensure a safe environment for all of our users and to maintain a safe space in happiness.com, the following content rules apply to all that you upload to happiness.com:

• Carrying out any illegal form of advertising communication, inadmissible advertising or commercial solicitation of third parties is not permitted.

• No advertising.

• Content unsuitable for children and young people aged 14 and over

  • No nudity
  • No sexualized content (erotic poses, stimulation etc.)

• Pictures of teenagers and children under 14 years of age.

• Pictures with very personal information (ID card, license plate number, etc).

• Images that bully or intimidate members.

• Images from photographed screens or existing photographs.

• Screenshots from other platforms.

• Pictures of people who do not appear in your profile, if you are not also in them.

• Images with offensive gestures (eg, using the middle finger).

• Hateful or threatening content, or any that encourages or contains violence.

• use happiness.com to conduct, encourage, promote, or encourage any illegal, misleading, malicious or discriminatory activity.

• Telephone numbers, addresses, URLs, e-mail addresses or confidential information

• Spread audio files, text, photos, videos, or other images that contain confidential data of third parties.

• Images to disguise the real you (fake images).

• Post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademark, service mark, trade secret, patent, domain name or other proprietary information without the prior consent of the copyright owner.

• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained on the website.
